About the role
We are seeking an experienced Admin Executive to join our dynamic team at Next Energy Sdn. Bhd. in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a Admin Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting staff to maintain a productive work environment. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your administrative skills within an innovative energy company.
What you’ll be doing
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for easy access to information.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and stationery as required.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal departments for administrative coordination and task support.
- Perform any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
What we’re looking for
- 1-2 years of experience as admin role/office support is preferred. Fresh graduates with a remarkable attitude towards life will be considered.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

About the role
We are seeking a passionate and driven Junior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at Next Energy Sdn. Bhd., based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. The Junior Marketing Executive will support the marketing team in planning and executing marketing campaigns, social media activities, and brand-building initiatives. This role requires a creative individual with basic graphic design skills to develop engaging visuals and content that effectively communicate the company’s message across digital and offline platforms.
Key Responsibility
A. Creative & Design
- Assist in designing marketing materials such as posters, brochures, banners, social media graphics, and presentations.
- Support in creating visual assets for digital campaigns, websites, and internal communications.
- Ensure consistency with brand identity across all materials and platforms.
- Adapt existing designs for different formats and channels.
- Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions.
B. Marketing Support
- Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and events.
- Assist in preparing visuals for product launches, advertisements, and online content.
- Help maintain and organize the company’s design assets and media library.
- Support in tracking and analyzing design performance for digital platforms (optional).
C. Coordination & Development
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors (printers, agencies, etc.) when needed.
- Learn and apply feedback from senior team members to continuously improve design quality.
- Manage multiple design tasks with attention to detail and deadlines.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is a plus.
- Basic understanding of branding, layout, typography, and color theory.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Able to work under supervision as well as independently on assigned projects.

What you’ll be doing
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring accurate and timely posting into the accounting system.
- Manage and oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including billings, collections, and payment processing.
- Supervise petty cash and staff expense claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Prepare monthly reconciliations, including bank reconciliations and selected balance sheet schedules.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for audits and respond to audit queries in a timely manner.
- Liaise with internal departments and external parties such as auditors, banks, vendors, and tax agents.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments when necessary.
- Support management in ad-hoc accounting, finance, and administrative matters.
- Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned.
What we’re looking for
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, if applicable).
- Basic knowledge of AR, AP, and accounting processes.
- Familiar with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Good attention to detail, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
